Almhütte is our second largest private hire venue, with a usable floor space of over 600 meters sq, it is perfect to layout and dress as required, perhaps into your own Winter Wonderland and Santa’s Grotto.
This venue is our authentic Oktoberfest beer hall where we have accompanying live music from our party host, Luigi. The Almhütte stage and sound system is available for your event.
Accommodating up to 250 people, exclusively hire this VIP Area in Bavarian Hall.
If your group is smaller, we also offer partial hire of Gracy’s VIP, where we can accommodate 150 guests.
Enjoy live music from our main stage featuring German pop bands and artists including Frontal.
We provide full table service–with waitstaff in lederhosen and dirndl–for the exclusive VIP food menu, also providing bottle service for Champagne and premium liquors during your private party.

Café Bavaria Oben is first floor of first major venue which featured at the Bavarian Village in 2009.
The venue has its own private bar, PA system and a wondeful view of Bavarian Village and Winter Wonderland from its balcony.
A buffet or finger foods are available for private parties.

Café Bavaria Unten is cosier, more intimate space enclosing up to 180 guests (smaller groups of 50+ guests can be accomodated).
Here we will provide service staff to take your drinks orders and provide you with finger foods from our Mr Bratwurst Grills and Heidi’s Kitchen.
With two areas: Groß for up to 100 guests, and Klein for up to 70, these spaces have a cosy atmosphere where you can hear music from the Outdoor Stage in the comfort of a warm traditional Bavarian Almhütte, ensuring your guests can mingle over a stein of beer or mulled wine.
