Our bookings are priced for four hours, for either 1PM-5PM or 6PM-10PM (when Hyde Park Winter Wonderland closes). For most venues we do remain flexible for a booking, however the event can only take place between 10AM-10PM.
BAVARIAN HALL
Bavarian Hall is the heart and soul of the Bavarian Village at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. It’s a place where you can escape the London chill and really immerse yourself in a festive atmosphere.
Our premier venue, Bavarian Hall, is the place to be on an evening in Winter Wonderland; it is perfect for a party of up to 1,650 people. The venue is our largest with a configurable floor space of over 800
meters sq.
Live music from Frontal and Joseph is a major attraction to countless visitors to Bavarian Hall and they are available to perform for a private hire.
The stage, sound system and lighting is available for your event. You can also hire your own musical artists, entertainers or a DJ should you require.
We can provide full table service in the VIP area of Bavarian Hall–with waitstaff in lederhosen and
dirndl–for up to 250 of your special guests.

CAFÉ BAVARIA
Oben: Ideal for large groups of up to 250 people, enjoy your own private bar in the first floor of Café Bavaria and admire the beautiful view of the twinkling lights of Bavarian Village from the balcony.
Enjoy the live music from the Outdoor Stage, or hire your own DJ and dance the night away.
Unten: With two areas – Groß for up to 100 guests and Klein for up to 70 – these spaces have a cosy atmosphere where you can hear music from the Outdoor Stage in the comfort of a warm traditional Bavarian Almhütte, ensuring your guests can mingle over a stein of beer or mulled wine.
Food can be chosen from the menu at Heidi’s Kitchen, or sharing platters can be provided, both of which include vegan options

GRACY'S VIP
This VIP Area in Bavarian Hall is available for hire; the venue is on a raised platform at the front of the Bavarian Hall. Here we can seat up to 250 people.
Guests receive full table service, a private bar, and there is an adjacent set of toilets for our VIP customers.

ALMHÜTTE
Almhütte is new and improved for this year and is perfect for a party of up to 1100 people.
Live entertainment is led by our Après-Ski style host; the stage and sound system is available for your event.
Almhütte is our second largest private hire venue, with a usable floor space of over 600 meters sq, it is perfect to layout and dress as required, perhaps into your own Winter Wonderland and Santa’s Grotto.
This venue is our authentic Oktoberfest beer hall where we have accompanying live music from our party host, Luigi. The Almhütte stage and sound system is available for your event.

A delightful addition to the Bavarian Village at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. This Bavarian Hall venue offers a glamorous contrast to the traditional Bavarian fare, providing a sophisticated and sparkling retreat within a wonderfully decorated, exclusive venue.
Available in this bar are premium champagne, wine and spirits.
This venue also has toilets accessible to its guests.
Enjoy a luxurious experience inside our exclusive bar for a private event for up to 70 guests.
The live entertainment from our Bavarian Hall stage can be heard using the Mary & Me PA system (and seen through the tinted windows) if you wish to feel part of the party atmosphere in our main hall.
This PA system can also be used for your own music and entertainment.
