Bavarian Village will be returning to Winter Wonderland on Friday 14th November 2025 at 12PM.
On most days we will be open 10AM-10PM, until 1st January 2026.
We will however be closed on Tuesday 18th November, Monday 24th November, Tuesday 25th November and Christmas Day.
On Wednesday 19th November, we will be open to all ticket holders at 2PM.
Our final day for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2025 will be on Thursday 1st January 2026; it will be also be our Family Fun Day. Alcohol will be sold but we will have plenty more activities especially for children including face painting and arts & crafts within Bavarian Village.
The afternoon session commences at 1PM finishing at 5PM; the evening session begins at 6PM finishing at the close time of 10PM.
Between Thursday and Sundays, Bavarian Hall will be closed for entry at 5PM to prepare the venue for guests with a table package in the evening session. Guests queuing to enter without an evening session Bavarian Hall table package will be allowed in after 6:15PM.

Marble Arch (Central line)
Green Park** (Victoria, Jubilee and Piccadilly lines)

** Please note that Green Park is a step-free station with lift access so those with children or with mobility impairments may find it easier using this station.
The closest gate to Bavarian Village is the Green Gate, which is the one closest to Knighstbridge Station, and can be located close to the Serpentine Bar and Kitchen. Guests with a table package booking or private hire with Bavarian Village benefit with use of our special entrance queue at Green Gate.
No, Bavarian Village does not have an admission fee.
You will need to get an entrance ticket for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland to enter the event. There are some sessions available for no cost, whereas others are either £5 or £7.50 per person.
Entry is free for those guests who book a table package with us (maximum of 10 per table), private hire of one of our venues, or to those who spend £25 or more per person in advance on attractions, Bavarian Village food and drink packages, rides and/or games at https://hydeparkwinterwonderland.com/
Purchases can be made by cash or card. Our larger bars and food outlets accept payment by credit/debit card.
A pint of Bavarian Gold costs £7.95; a 200ml serving of mulled wine is £7.40.
When drinks are served in a ceramic mug or a stein, a £5 deposit is charged. The deposit is refunded when the mug or stein is returned in a reusable condition — with the token supplied at purchase — to one of our larger bars.
Our Bavarian Gold draught beer is served in our one-pint stein (568ml).
We do also have other speciality beers and ciders which can also be served in the stein, but these are decanted from bottles of 500ml.
You will be given a token with each stein or mug; you will receive your deposit back if the stein is returned with the token in a reusable state.
All our food and drink outlets accept contactless card payment.
Can I buy gluten-free foods at Bavarian Village?
We recommend that guests check allergen information with staff at our food and drink outlets. We do have some gluten-free food options such as our Oktoberfest chicken and chips.
Our Mr Bratwurst veganwurst and chips are vegan; please speak to the grill / kitchen staff if you have any questions. We also sell other vegan products at our larger grills and kitchens too.
The bars will stop serving all drinks at 21:45. However PWR Events/ Bavarian Village reserve the right to stop serving drinks at 21:30 during very busy periods.
We do not permit food or drink purchased/made outside Bavarian Village to be consumed in Bavarian Hall, Almhütte, or Café Bavaria.
Do note guests are advised not to purchase drinks and/or food shortly before entry to Bavarian Hall, as these must be consumed in advance of attempting entry for your booking.
Only food and drink purchased in Gracy’s VIP can be consumed in Gracy’s VIP.
Only food and drink purchased in Mary & Me can be consumed in Mary & Me.
Unfortunately not, hopefully our options here will prove suitable regardless.
When purchasing alcohol at the Event, if you appear to be under the age of 25 you may be asked for valid identification that you are aged 18 or over. Alcohol is not permitted to be taken into Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and any alcoholic drinks purchased on site must be consumed before leaving. Bag searches will be in operation.
Yes, all visitors will need to have an entrance ticket before arriving at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. You will need to purchase an Off-Peak, Standard, or Peak entrance ticket depending on when you wish to attend. Please note all members of your party will require an entry ticket. Personal Assistants and Infant (2 and under) will also require a ticket although these will be free of charge.
Additionally, if you spend £25 on any of our attractions, rides or games online and in advance, your entrance ticket will become free when booked in the same transaction!

We have German acts performing on stage inside our Bavarian Hall daily. They perform traditional German music and pop songs. Performers include Frontal, Luigi Hoffnar and Germany’s Pop Idol stars: Harry and Gianni Laffontien.
Zac Bauman also performs in Bavarian Village singing plenty of R’n’B, Rock and Chart Hits.
Unfortunately the legendary Joseph passed away in June 2025. He will be dearly missed by us, and so many of his adoring fans ❤️.
Performances in Bavarian Hall start on weekdays from 2PM and on weekends from 1PM. Frontal begin performing in Bavarian Hall from the evening session.
In Almhütte during the evenings, our apres-ski style party host Luigi gets the party atmosphere going.
The Outdoor Stage (near Café Bavaria) begins at 5PM on weekdays and 3PM on weekends; on the Rotunda stage, Bavarian Gang perform rock and pop hits every evening.

Gracy’s VIP and Mary & Me waitstaff will redeem your drinks and meals from your group’s allocation within those venues respectively.
We will send this information from the middle of November onwards. Included will be directions on which gates to enter Winter Wonderland from, instructions for you and your group on arrival, relevant times, menu etc.. The initial email provided will be the confirmation of the booking along with the invoice, with an email from Seetickets shortly afterwards which will include your entrance tickets.
Unfortunately we do not offer any bar/restaurant style reservations; all our packages are inclusive of both food and drinks. Packages are the only way to book tables.
It is by no means compulsory to book packages to visit. You are more than welcome to try your luck to find free tables. We have tables available to the public across Bavarian Village as well as in Bavarian Hall.
For Gracy’s VIP package guests, table service is provided with your meal and drinks coming out of the booking’s allocation. This will be a main meal and 4 drinks per guest.
For Mary & Me package guests, we provide table service for the included 4 glasses of champagne and the included Bavarian Vesper platter.
For Bavarian Hall table package, you and your guests can redeem your meal voucher at our Heidi’s Kitchen in Bavarian Hall. Drinks can also be redeemed at our three major bars in Bavarian Hall.
Unfortunately, as our tables are uniform in size and suitable for 10 seated, our Gracy’s VIP, and Bavarian Hall packages are based on 10 guests.
Should you have 27 guests, we would recommend purchasing 3 table packages at the desired tier.
For our Mary & Me Champagne Bar table package, this is suitable for 6 guests per table.
For orders of more than 10 tables, we can offer a 10% discount. Please contact us on privatehire@bavarianvillage.com to arrange the discount.
Of course, this is not a problem in the main Bavarian Hall area where there is public seating available. Just be sure to purchase Hyde Park Winter Wonderland entrance tickets for those additional guests.
However, please note that we cannot guarantee seating for these additional guests nor will we provide vouchers, wristbands or fast-track entry for the additional guests. Please contact us, we will do our best to accommodate.
For the Gracy’s VIP Package however, we can only accommodate a maximum of 10 per table package into the VIP area. We will also do our best to accommodate in Mary & Me where you may need to pay a minimum cover charge for entry.
Café Bavaria can hold up to 550 people in Oben or a total of 600 people in the Unten downstairs area.
Almhütte can accommodate 1500 guests.
Our VIP areas include table service and access to our finest food and premium liquors, with the capacity of 250 in Gracy’s VIP in Bavarian Hall, and for Mary & Me Champagne Bar holding up to 80.
Our premier venue, Bavarian Hall, can accommodate 1850 guests.
It’s ideal for private parties; the first floor has a great view of Bavarian Village from its private outdoor balcony of the north of Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. The inside balcony has a great view of Almhütte and it’s stage.
It is also includes security at the entrance as well as coat racks (if requested) for personal effects.
Café Bavaria Oben has its own smoking terrace on the external balcony.

Food is normally ordered in advance for a private party and can be circulated by waitstaff. In our larger venues a buffet can be arranged. Drinks can be ordered at the private bar for all private hires.
For Gracy’s VIP, we offer the option of everybody choosing their meal from the menu for service at staggered times.
A minimum spend is paid for in advance of the party. Once this sum has been reached, waitstaff will inform the party organiser and can set up a tab if required.
Yes, we have our Gracy’s VIP area, where Gracy’s VIP tables are available and suitable for up to 10 guests. The table package fee includes our Food & Drinks Package which a meal, and 4 drinks for each guest. Private Hire of 250 person area is available.
We also have the more intimate Mary & Me Champagne Bar, which is more private and cosy, suitable for 80 guests.

Yes, we provide table service both for food and drinks in Gracy’s VIP. In our Champagne bar, bottle service is available, along with our Vesper Platter along with a selection of finger foods.
The area is elevated and overlooks Bavarian Hall. It is a little more private and intimate but also a place where you can have a party within Bavarian Hall.
There are also toilets exclusive to guests of the venue; and Gracy’s VIP is not accessible to general patrons.

We also have coat and bag storage within the venue so you can also enjoy the heating provided in the venue.
Whilst this area is within Bavarian Hall, it is separated from the rest of the Hall with its finely crafted timber structure. The tinted windows allows for greater privacy, with its sound system able to play the music from the stage, ones own entertainment, or through a playlist.

Our QR codes actual have multiple vouchers connected to it. However, if you have one voucher for food, you will only be able to use that voucher once. Any remaining balance will no longer be accessible.
If you have one of the multi-use drink vouchers provided with our Bavarian Hall package, you can redeem four drink vouchers in at most three redemptions. Of course, you are also able to redeem all four alcoholic drinks in one transaction.
You can also get in touch if you would like to increase the amount of drink vouchers you wish to add to your booking.
There is no change given for our food and drink vouchers. However, these are all valid up until 1st January. Just be sure to purchase entrance tickets for any additional visits in order to use any remaining balance on gift cards, or any remaining vouchers.
Card payment can be used to complete a part payment transaction, so helping you reduce the value remaining to £0.
You can request the purchase of our vouchers and pre-paid credit/gift cards by emailing enquiries@bavarianvillage.com. These can be provided as required, so both the value as well as quantity. For example, if you would like to ensure your group of 15 co-workers would each require a £20 credit to use at Bavarian Village, we can issue the 15 gift card QR each with £20 value.
These can be paid for by card payment (in person or via payment link) or by bank transfer. They can be printed for collection in person, or sent as PDFs via email.
We can also provide a pre-paid QR where you can provide you and your fellow guests with a shared pre-paid spend for use across Bavarian Village’s kitchens/grills and bar. This is ideal for a shared kitty, or if you would like to “set-up a tab” but would prefer to order from multiple bars and food outlets.

The safety and comfort of our visitors is a priority. Hyde Park Winter Wonderland has a robust security management plan, which is coordinated by event security and the Metropolitan Police.
Security checks will be in place throughout the event, including bag searches, which may result in delays when entering the site, please leave extra time for these searches to take place.
There may also be restrictions on the size of bag/luggage that is allowed into the event. We strongly advise not bringing large bags or luggage to the Event.
We ask all guests to be vigilant and not to leave bags and belongings unattended.
